Spent Christmas at a place that offers location, convenience, and comfort. Enjoyed the equipped kitchenette- made hot cocoa and cookies for Santa! the new furniture provided a homey atmosphere and the nearby attractions made it easy to explore without getting lost.

Poor customer service made for a less than merry Christmas. the underwhelming housekeeping did not address the dust issue and the weak shower water pressure did not help either.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our time in northwestern Riyadh. The location was perfect, providing easy access to the surrounding area. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to assist us with any questions or requests we had. The room itself was beautifully furnished and maintained, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. We especially appreciated the amenities provided, such as the heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was an added bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. this place exceeded our expectations and provided us with a luxurious and enjoyable experience.
